Yes. All products are sourced directly from official U.S. brands. We do not deal with replicas or third-party imitations.
3. Why can’t I order these supplements directly to my country?
Many premium U.S. supplement brands either do not ship internationally or have limited international distribution. Nourrielle™ removes that barrier for you.
4. How does the ordering process work?
You place your order with us, we source the product from the brand in the U.S., and we handle the international delivery to your doorstep.
5. Which countries do you ship to?
We are starting with select countries such as Canada, UAE, and the UK, and will expand globally as we grow.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary by country, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing.
7. Will I pay customs or import fees?
This depends on your country’s regulations. We guide you through this before shipping so there are no surprises.
8. Can I request a supplement you don’t have listed?
Yes. You can tell us what you need, and we will source it for you if it’s available in the U.S.
